Everyone 18 years of age or older, who will be living in the apartment, must submit their own application. Applications are $50.00 per person and include income and rental verification and a credit/criminal report. An application is not considered submitted until all parties have completed their portion of the application.

Applications will remain on file for 30 days and are transferrable to any available property.

Rental Criteria:

• Verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
• No felonies in the last 10 years.
• No evictions in the last 5 years.
• No property debt.
• Credit score of 500 or greater.
• You will be required to submit a copy of your ID.

Non-Refundable Pet Fees: $250 for pets 1-35 pounds, $400 for pets over 35 pounds

Monthly Pet Rent: $25 for pets 1-35 pounds, $50 for pets over 35 pounds

Pet Rules:

• Pets and Assistance Animals must have active PetScreening profiles (fees may apply)
• Pets must have current rabies shots and licenses at all times.
• Pets must not disturb the neighbors regardless of whether the pet is inside or outside.
• Pets must be housebroken. If a pet is not housebroken, it must be caged when unsupervised. Litterboxes must be kept clean. You must pick up and remove pet waste from the property.
• Pets may not be tied to any fixed object on the property.
